Based on the theory explained in previous posts, I intend to solve a simple example.

 

 

In the element, $E$=210Gpa, $v$=0.25, $t$=20mm, ${u_1}$=0, ${v_1}$=0.05mm, ${u_2}$=0.025mm, ${v_v}$=0, ${u_3}$=0, and ${v_3}$=0.05mm.
